I have had other reports of this problem. It seems to have to do with AppleScript, and Mac OS 9.1. I hope to fix this bug in the next release, but do not have an expected date for that.

90% of the times i quit fetch it freezes. it also happened with fetch 4.0b7. it also happens with a fresh installed mac os 9.1. i use fetch with a facespan application and it does some heavy uploads. i have an ibook dv/466mhz, 320mb of ram, fetch has got 4mb of memory allocated. it also happens to my customer with a g4/400mhz. because the whole thing has to run automatically now, i cannot ignore it anymore. did this happen to anybody else?
