How would I create a folder for our customers that use fetch. A folder that they would only have access to upload files too. I know they would need a host name, ID and password.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Fetch cannot do this for you - it requires changes and adjusting settings on the server that Fetch cannot make - but it is possible, with help from your service provider (the company that owns and runs the server).

If you just need a place for customers to drop files for you to pick up, but don't want them to see or change the other files in the folder, ask about setting up an anonymous FTP dropbox. Anyone can drop files into an anonymous FTP dropbox, but only the site owner can retrieve the files that have been dropped. If your provider doesn't offer this service, pair.com is one that does.

Otherwise, if you want your customers to be able to look in the folder and remove/change files as well as upload them, you can talk to your service provider about how to password-protect certain folders and/or set up different accounts for different users.

    Thanks,
