  I get the message, "create new directory failed." What do I do to correct that problem?

  Hi,

  This error means you were trying to upload a folder, and the server told Fetch it could not create a matching folder for some reason. The several most likely causes are:

  * You could be uploading to a folder on your server that you are not allowed to upload files to; the solution for this would be to determine where the proper place to upload files to is (you'd need to contact the folks who run the server).

  * The folder name includes characters that the server does not allow in folder names.

  * You are out of space in your account on the server, so there is no more room to put new files.

  If you send us a Fetch transcript, we may be able to tell you which of these problems you're running into.

  To do this:

  * Quit Fetch.
  * Open Fetch again.
  * Connect to your server.
  * Try uploading the problem folder again.
  * Then choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.
