A client running Mac OS 9.2.2 is having a problem connecting to our IIS FTP server. They can connect to other vendors FTP sites but receive a "Can't open data connection.
    ftp_list: -30005" error with us.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Here is their transcript log.
    Thanks in advance.

I would suggest that the user check the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Please let me know (and post a new transcript) if that doesn't work.

    Thanks,
