Date display in Put Window (Mac OS X) (2 posts)

I recently upgraded to Leopard and now when I connect to a website and click on the PUT button, the window that comes up in list display does not show the Date Modified. It only shows ---- in place of the date. I use this window a lot so I can choose the latest pages that have been modified. It worked before the Leopard upgrade.

    Thanks for any input.

    Hi Chesa,

    Thanks for the feedback.

We are aware of the missing modification dates in the Put window on Leopard. Unfortunately, this is a bug in Mac OS X that affects Fetch, and that we do not have any control over. We have reported it to Apple and continue to push them to fix it.

In the meantime, one potential workaround is to open the window you want to upload files from in the Finder, and view the modification dates there - instead of using the Put button, you could also drag files and folders from the Finder window to the Fetch file list in order to upload them.

We realize that this workaround may not suit your workflow. We apologize for the inconvenience, and believe me, we would like to see the missing dates in the Put window fixed too.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
