  I am trying to load my new license key on a computer that had a previous Fetch license from another business that I worked for ... is there a file to delete the key? I have deleted the program and reinstalled it, but it keeps loading with the previous key. Thanks!

  Hi JM,

  You can replace the old license information with the new license information by doing the following:

  * Open Fetch.
  * Hold down the Option key on your keyboard.
  * Go to the Fetch menu, and choose Enter Serial Number.

  Enter the new license information.

  That should do it. Let us know if you run into problems or have further questions.
