  How do I delete a folder, not file or photo, etc from a directory? When I go under Remoter to delete a folder it says access is denied or something to that affect. Can you help? Thanks

  Hi,

  One thing you might try is to open the folder, delete all the files inside it (you can select them all and choose Remote > Delete to delete them all at once), and then try deleting the folder itself.

  If that doesn't work, after you try to delete the folder and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
