when my file list comes up there are two files that dont actualy exist on the server. I know this because when I use a pc at school (WS_FTP95LE) the two files do not show up on that file list. When I try to delete the files I get error message "Fetch could not delete "...." because the FTP server says that the requested item was not a folder or could not be accessed. Server responded: "Remove directory operation failed." How do I clear these files from my fetch file list?

    Hi,

These may be server files that you cannot delete, and the other FTP client hides from you. But if you could do the following, we'll take a look at the problem:

After you connect with Fetch, try to delete the files, and get the error message, please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste it here.

We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

    Thanks,
