  My upload timed out. Went to manually resume upload and the resume upload option was greyed out and not available. All the files are .jpg

  Can you tell me why it won't give me the option?

  Hi Larry,

  I'm sorry, but the manual resume upload option only works to resume the upload of a single file - so if you experience a stall or interruption in the upload of a single large file, you can resume it.

  The manual resume option cannot resume the upload of multiple files, to finish uploading the files that weren't uploaded if your upload is interrupted in the middle.

  However, Fetch's automatic upload resume feature, available in Fetch 5.5 and later, will try to resume the upload of multiple files.

  Do you have Fetch 5.5 or later? If so, we can investigate why the automatic resume didn't finish your upload for you. Otherwise, you may want to consider giving Fetch 5.6 a try and see if the automatic resume feature helps with your problems.

  You can use Fetch's Mirror feature to do a manual resume upload of multiple files; let us know if you want more information about that.
