I'm using Fetch 4.0.2 on mac OS 9.2.2 and have begun having a weird new problem. Text (as HTML) files and images (as JPGs) uploaded to a directory appear in directory window following upload with accurate descriptions regarding size and type. When I change directories and subsequently reenter original directory the newly uploaded files have disappeared. As a clue, when diagnosing this problem, I've tried to drag one of the newly uploaded files into another directory I get an error mesage telling me the file I'm trying to manipulate does not exist (or contains no data), What's odd, when I load a group of files or a group of images simultaneously, the big majority get loaded and work fine. Pretty anomolous.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Does the problem happen consistently? If so could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem (i.e. after uploading a file, changing directories, re-entering the original directory and seeing the file not there)? It would also help to try refreshing the file list when you see that the file has disappeared.

    Thanks,
