  If a user quota has been set in the operating system, is it reasonable to suggest that any application software should advise the user when this is exceeded with any better message than "Disk Full" or similar?

  Thanks for the feedback. Fetch displays the error messages returned by the FTP server when there is a quota problem. Unfortunately many servers' messages are not very informative or useful, and in this case there is no way for Fetch to detect the real cause and display a better error message.
