I try to upload my new website (iweb(OS X 10.410) via fetch 5.2.1, DSL) It disconnects a lot but eventually the upload is done. i keep getting a 403 forbidden message on my site with no website. After spending a considerable time with my web host tech support they determine that my files are downloaded outside the public folder? I have not change any of my fetch settings that is always on the public folder and when I look at my folder information it does show /public. www.anjamarais.com is my site. Where is the miscommunication?

    Hi Anja,

The good news is that when I go to your web address, I do see your webpages.

I do see a minorr problem - when I click on the Home button, I get an error. But all the other links works. Is that what you're seeing? Or can you not see any of your webpages?

If you can't see any of your webpages, try doing the following:

    * In Safari, go to the Safari menu, and choose Empty Cache.
    * Safari will ask you if you're sure. Click the Empty button.
    * Then go to your website address, and see if your webpages appear.

Let us know how that goes, then we can work on the other problem.

    Thanks,

I am so sorry that I had wasted your time because my webhost provider has wasted my time!!! There is to many paid tech support in this virtual world that do not now what they talking about or to lazy to make an effort - a tech dude swear that my files were outside the public folder he end up deleting and essential file. Fetch posted my files correctly .... I Apologize.

    Hi Anja,

Don't worry - it's definitely not a problem. We're simply glad to hear your site is up and working.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance in the future.

    Best,
