  Hello,

  I'm doing an evaluation of this product. I can connect to our Mainframe no issue. I can view files no issue. When I try and download a file, it always appears on my mac as a empty directory with nothing in it. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any seen this before and have a solution? Ed

  Hi,

  Try checking the "Treat mystery items as files" box in the Miscellaneous section of Preferences. Does that help?
