    I'm demoing Fetch at the moment but every file I try to download cuts out at around 40mb. Is there a limit to the demo?

    Hi,

    No, there are no limits to the demo. It is fully functional; the only limitation is the 15-day trial.

    Dropped connections are almost always a result of an issue with the server or some piece of network hardware. The server you are downloading from may be set (or have a bug that causes it) to drop the connection after a certain period of time, or after a certain amount of data is transferred; or sometimes network routers or cable/DSL modem can cause the same problem.

    If you would like to post a transcript after one of the downloads stops, we'll take a look and see if we can figure out what the problem might be.

    To do this:

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Try downloading again.
    * After the download stops unexpected, go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
    * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    In the meantime, you can also try Fetch's Resume Download feature of Fetch to help finish downloading the file. That way, you won't have to keep re-downloading the part of the file that you already downloaded.

    You can read more information about Resume download in the Resuming an interrupted download topic in Fetch Help (or just click the link here).

    Thanks,
