On Mac OS 10.3 (Safari browser) I'm having troubles downloading a large (54 MB) WAV file from the 15 day trial version of Fetch. Is there a limit on what you can download from the trial version?
OR is there something wrong with the FTP site I'm at? Smaller files download okay. Weird!

See below for the error I get:

    Error says:
"Fetch could not get "PBCCCdec17.wav" because the connection was reset by the server.
Contact the server administrator to verify that you have the correct hostname.
Server responded: "Data connnection already open; Transfer starting."

    Hi Marion,

The trial version of Fetch is not limited in anyway, except for the time period, so this is not a result of using the trial version.

It may be a server problem, but it's hard to tell without more information. Could you please send us a transcript? After you try to download the large file and you get the error message, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them in a reply to this message. That will provide more detailed information about the transfer, and we'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.

Also, you can try using the Resume Download feature of Fetch to complete the download after you get the error. After you try to download, choose Remote > Resume Download. You should see the name of your file there, select it and click the Resume button. Fetch should reopen the connection and finish downloading the file.

    Thanks,
