Dragging multiple files? (2 posts)

  It seems like a logical way to move a bunch of files - click to select one, then shift-click to select more, then drag from one window to another. Is this supposed to work? I am able to select a group, but on the click to drag the selected group of files, the rest all deselect and dragging up or down acts to expand the selection up or down. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Only happens in Fetch, not Finder or other apps with lists of files. This is 5.5.6 on 10.10.12 - will try 5.5.7 soon.

  Hi,

  Yes, that should work, and it does work for me. Be sure to click on the icon or file name when you want to start the drag.
