  To set up the 'Site Definition" for my website I am prompted:
  'What folder on the server do you want to store your files in?"
  What do I enter there? On my server I do not have all my files in one folder. For instance, I have my index page, an IMAGE folder, an HTML folder and a few stragler files.

  If your index.html file is at the top level of your server account you would leave the folder field blank.
