When I put my file into the dropbox feature, and then go into Libsyn, to upload it as a new podcast, and I can't find it. What dropbox is fetch putting my file in? How do I connect it to libsyn? This whole thing is frustrating as fuck.

    Hi,

Libsyn has directions on uploading podcasts using FTP here:

    https://support.libsyn.com/faqs/uploading-with-ftp/

If the files you upload to the dropbox folder on the Libsyn server aren't appearing in the FTP/QUEUE section of the publishing interface please contact Libsyn for assistance.

    Thanks,

This is not helpful, and I've emailed libsyn, and their response was identical to yours, and not helpful.
Can I please speak to someone over the phone? There is a frustrating lack of information regarding:
--audio type of file needed to upload (.wav mp4 mp3 and file size?? how do i convert if my file isn't in the correct format? what is the correct format?)
-- i am constantly getting error messages in my uploading -- and messages that i don't have enough storage to upload more than one podcast. why is storage so small? how do I go about publishing a new podcast every week?
--how to use fetch/what the an FTP even is -- the images on your tutorial videos do not match what i am seeing on my computer screen. it appears there is a new, slightly different libsyn interface now than is in your videos -- and my fetch interface doesn't match the interface in your tutorial. nor do you ever mention what type of file I need to be uploading, or the size.

I'm feeling incredibly frustrated, have spent hours on this, and would love to speak to someone over the phone.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

I am not an expert on Libsyn, so I can't tell you what sort of audio files they want, or why you are hitting their storage limits. Fetch can upload any sort of audio file, of any size.

I would not expect the images in our tutorials to exactly match what you see when you connect to Libsyn's servers. Fetch is designed to work with all sorts of servers, and they do not all look the same. For help with Libsyn's server in particular you need to talk to Libsyn.

I apologize that I can't be more helpful in this situation.
