    I'm a new user and vastly ignorant of this procedure. Once I download a page from site how do I modify, edit, change etc and then upload back?? Can it be done within the Fetch program? AT

    No, typically you would use a different program to edit your HTML. Examples include BBEdit, PageSpinner, Freeway, Adobe GoLive and Macromind Dreamweaver.
