Hi,
Have you tried installing the license key in /Library/Preferences ?
Thanks,

thanks for the quick response Jim.
I'll try that. Will that require users to navigate to that location to license on their profile as well?

No, it shouldn't require users to do anything special. Fetch should spot the license information there, and then run as licensed.
Thanks,

My department has over 200 Macs and all of them have Fetch installed. We discovered that students are being prompted for a license key when they log on with their single sign on accounts. On the admin profile, Fetch is licensed and it does not ask for a key but every other user gets the prompt. I looked up the documentation and it seems to say to copy the plist from the library folder (where it is licensed) to the other users' library folders. This doesn't seem feasible for 200 computers and 3000 users.
Am I missing something here? Is there a better way to go about getting Fetch onto these machines where it doesn't prompt every new user for a license key?
