  I put "batchzip" in the trash and now I can't empty the trash. I keep getting the message that the operation cannot be completed because the item "batch.zip' is in use. What do I need to do?

  Hi,

  Something thinks it's still using "batch.zip". You should quit all running applications and see if you can empty the trash then. If that does not work, log out and log back in, and that should solve the problem. (If you are on Mac OS 9, restarting should fix the problem.)
