  I purchased Fetch in March of 2007 and did not use it at the time, I just downloaded 5.5 and it says that my registration code is not valid for that release. How do I get a copy of Fetch 5 or get this code to work in the new one. My letter I received with the code states to download the newest release and enter the code. Well, it's not working. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

  Hi Darlene,

  Fetch 5.5 is a $10 upgrade and requires a new serial number if you purchased your Fetch licens on or before January 28, 2009. That is why your current serial number doesn't work in it.

  You have two options:

  First, you can download a copy of our older release, Fetch 5.3.1, which will work with your serial number for no additional charge, from our downloads page.

  Or, you can purchase the upgrade to Fetch 5.5 by going to our upgrade page and entering your old serial number information into it.

  You can learn what's new in Fetch 5.5 by going to the Fetch 5.5 info page.
