    i am getting an error -1.
    i recently moved from LA to SF and maybe my internet configurations are not updated? i kept the same internet provider - comcast ( they used to be attbi.com) ???

    here is the infor from transcripts after the error -1.

    any information would be greatly appreciated.

    I would recommend choosing Preferences from the Fetch menu, clicking the Firewall tab, and setting the Proxy Type to "None". Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem.
