  I am trying to connect to an ftp site I have used for months, but continue to receive the Error -1 message. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

  I have recently switched from Cox cable to Comcast cable for my cable internet service. Is there any chance Comcast and Fetch don't work together?

  Please advise.

  Hi,

  Fetch works fine with Comcast cable Internet service, it is probably something else that changed and is causing the problem.

  After you try to connect and you get the error message, could you please click on OK to dismiss the error message, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
