Hi,
That error does indicate a problem with the Mac OS X keychain. I realize you said that you ran first aid on the Keychain, but could you please do that again, following these exact steps?
* Quit Fetch, if it's running.
* Open the Keychain Access application, which is in the Utilities folder inside your Applications folder.
* Go to the Keychain Access menu, and choose Preferences.
* Click on the "First Aid" tab.
* Make sure both "Synchronize login keychain password" and "Set login keychain as default" are checked.
* Then go to the Keychain Access menu, and choose Keychain First Aid.
* In the password field of the Keychain First Aid window, enter your Mac OS X admin password (this should be the same as your Mac OS X login password).
* Click the Repair radio button.
* Click the Start button.
* Once it's done, close the Keychain First Aid window.
* Restart your Macintosh. Then try Fetch again.
If that doesn't help, let us know and we can try some other things.
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

What is error #: -2147415734 on the Mac platform?
I recently migrated my data from an old hard drive to a new one. There are two FTP sites that I use with regularity. One of them works, the other does not. I have checked my settings and passwords for the FTP site, and they are correct. Tried trashing prefs, that didn't work. Ran First Aid on Keychain; no luck. Repaired regular permissions. Ditto.
I'm stumped ... any ideas?
Am running Mac OS 10.5.7; Fetch 5.3.1
We are crazy about Fetch at our office. Kudos for a fine program. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
