    Hello,

I keep getting an open transport message 3199.

    Here is the transcript.

The address your connecting to is incorrect (one clue is that each part of an IP address has to be in the range 0-255, and the address you are trying has 760 as one part). I'd check with the person who gave you the address to get the correct information.

    Thanks,

Jim, I am seeing the same error, which is new as of the last couple weeks. I consistently get Open Transport Error number -3199 when I try to download multiple files, and half the time when I try to download a single file. Whether I use the numerical IP address or FTP address, I get the same problem. Any help fixing this so I can continue using Fetch to get my weblogs would be greatly appreciated. I am on Mac G5 with OSX 10.3.4 using Fetch 4.0.3.
    Thanks,
    Tom

That's very odd. Do you see this from all servers, or only some? For example, do you see this problem if you log into ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the User ID and Password fields blank)?

    Thanks,
