    Get error 3205 when trying to connect. What should I do?

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it)? It may contain clues.

    Hello Mr. Matthews,

    I don't know if this is gonna help...The file said:

    Connecting to {the IP address which I tried to connect to} port 21 1/14/4 15:40:46

    This line was repeated several times with verying dates and times. There was nothing more.

    Can you connect to anything else (such as ftp.fetchsoftworks.com -- leave the User Id and Password fields blank)?
