    Does anyone know what this is? I've been having problems getting files for about a week. Sometimes if I futz around for awhile, I can eventually get them, but mostly the dog just keeps going and going...even after the pie is all dark. Help! I've told the guy I'm working for, but I don't know if he can really help me.

    Oh, but I have to problem with putting new files in...it's just the getting and deleting I'm having problems with.

    The first step would be to look at the contents of the Fetch Transcript window the next time you have a problem. You can open the Fetch Transcript window by choosing "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.
