Everytime I try to get/put a file I get this error message. What does the message mean and how can I fix the problem?

Can you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the error? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to reveal the transcript.

    Thanks,

After I recieved the error I clicked on the Fetch transcript. This is what it said:
200 Type set to A (ASCII)
    ftp_store_setup: -3208
    ABOR
    226 Transfer complete

Did my put sill work even though I recieved the error? Thanks for your time.

Could you post the complete transcript (everything in the Fetch Transcript window)?

I would suggest checking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Fetch Preferences. Does that help?

    Thanks,
