That indicates a network error. To figure out why it's happening it would help to see the contents of the Fetch Transcript window. Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open the transcript window.

When I try to open certain files, I get "Error 3208" (maybe it's 3028 - of course now I'm writing this, the error isn't coming up). Can anyone tell me what this means?
Thanks!
