That error indicates that the download did not complete successfully. I would recommend downloading another copy of Fetch from http://getfetch4.com.

Thank you Jim. I downloaded Fetch 4.0.1 from the recommedend site and everything is a go at the moment. :)

Hi Jim
You helped out on another guys problems with downloading the Fetch Installer and I was hoping you may be able to help me too!
I've tried your suggetsion of going to getfetch and the same problem occurs - the download doen't seem to complete. What can I do??

You might try using a different browser. I've had a number of reports of problems with AOL's browser, but those users were able to download Fetch using alternatives.

Hello,
I purchased a license to Fetch 4.0.1 and downloaded the program to my desktop. When it was finished downloading the Vise icon came up on my desktop, but the program would not begin installation. Rather, the following screen came up...
"The application program 'Fetch 4.0.1 Store Installer' could not be opened, because an error of type -39 occurred."
I reinstalled my system software 0S9.0 and the above window continues to come up and I can not proceed.
How do I rectify this so can I start using Fetch?
