  hi i recently tried to download an import/export tool, there was an error in it
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /customers/9/e/6/offthehanger.co.uk/httpd.www/admin/view/template/common/header.tpl on line 122
  when i try and edit the file it says mac os error 1712.
  Do you no how to solve this.?the person who was helping is on holiday and i cant get into my orders.

  What version of Fetch are you using, and what program are you using to edit the file?

  hi im using

  version 5.7.3 fetch mac os x. I have text edit as the programme? i have tried to solve it and now the error is Error: Could not load template /customers/9/e/6/offthehanger.co.uk/httpd.www/admin/view/template/common/header.tpl!

  That sounds like an error from your website, rather than from Fetch. I would recommend contacting the developer of your website for further assistance.
