Hi Mark,
I'm confident we can get Fetch working for you. After you get that message could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents?
Thanks,
Jim Matthews

I am also having issues with Fetch 5.75 since I upgraded my Mac OS to Sierra. This is the error message I get.
"SFTP connection to xxxxxx could not be opened because the connection to use the SFTP server could not be established or was lost. Server responded: Unable to negotiate with 77.87.178.91 port 22: no matching host key type found. Their offer: ssh-dss"
I have two hosts I use and the other one seem to be working (regular FTP), and this SFTP one is not.
Is it a setting I have to change? I tested on another Mac that has El Capitan and both hosts works on that one. -

Hi Wendy,
Here's a message board post about the problem you're seeing:
Please reply there if you run into any problems.

Fetch Error
Hi,
Again I am still having problems with Fetch 5.75 saying “An FTP connection my site, (www.gazeone.com) could not be opened because the FTP server has shut down.
“Try again, or contact the server administrator to verify that the server is running.
Server responded: Sorry cleartext sessions and weak ciphers are not accepted on this server”.
I have just reinstalled Fetch 5.75 on my Mac. I still get the same message.
Everything was perfect until I upgraded my OS X from El Capitan to Sierra.
Can you please help me? If not I will be forced to use another FTP. I have been using your program for years, or at least the last 16 years of my Graphic Design experience that I can remember. Please don’t make me use Cyberduck.
