Error in shopping cart (2 posts)

    I downloaded a copy of Fetch 4.0.3. I want to pay to buy it, but everytime I get to the final screen, I get this message:

    Unexpected error in shopping cart

    And it won't let me continue! This is very frustrating.

    How can I buy this product?

    I apologize for the problem with the purchasing system; it works most of the time, but clearly not 100%. I would recommend callling 402-323-9962 (9-5 Central) to place your order; you will receive your serial number by email and be able to enter it into the copy of Fetch you've already downloaded.
