Hi - When trying to download a file (approx 32 MB) the file would begin to download and proceed for several minutes. After a while it would stop and the error message 10054 would appear in the error window.

I was able to succesfully download other smaller files - and in the past as recently as a few days ago, download much larger files.

I called the client who was trying to get me this file for a job we're working on, and they were able to get the file from the FTP server, but not me. I had no problem uploading to their server, nor in getting the smaller file I mentioned.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem was, and how to fix it?

Thanks very much for your help!

Could you use the Resume Download command in the Remote menu to restart the transfer?

I would be interested in seeing the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you got this error. Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open the Fetch Transcript window.

    Thanks,
