    I am trying to use fetch to ftp my files. it asks for
    host: i entered nelsonspring.com
    user id: i entered nelson94
    password: i entered my password
    and it responds error on password.
    What am I doing wrong?

    The most common explanation is that one of those three pieces of information -- hostname, user id and password -- is incorrect. You should contact the service provider to confirm that you are using the right hostname for FTP access, and the right user id and password.
