  When I load an image into fetch the error message"fetch coukld not put xxx because the FTP server say that you have exceeded your storage quota".

  I have deleted all the files from my server. It is empty. I have restarted the computer and emptied the trash. I have downloades the 5.2 version of fetch. Why am I still getting this message?

  Hi Nancy,

  You are getting that message because the server still thinks that there are too many files on it. Unfortunately, there's not much Fetch can do if the server tells it "I can't do that."

  You should contact your hosting provider or server maintainer to have them look into the problem.
