First, make sure you are running Fetch 4.0.2. If that does not do the trick check the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences.
Thanks,

When I try to make a new connection, I get to 'Getting file list' then another box appears which says 'Server response: Illegal PORT command' and I can get no further. Can anyone please help?
