hi - when i do an upload with fetch now, i get an error message saying

"server responded: quota exceeded: img_0582.jpg won't be saved, 10224 kbytes used (99%) - authorized 10240 kb"

i have talked with my hosting service (site5) and they say there is no problem. i can also go to the site5 site and manually upload pictures as i have plenty of space there. so i am thinking this is a problem with fetch?

    any ideas?

    Hi Janet,

"Quota exceeded" is a message from the server that means you are out of space in your account - the message is even telling you how much of your space you have used up (99%, it looks like).

I'm not sure why your hosting provider is telling you there is no problem, or that you can upload using the site5 website, unless you are somehow uploading to a different account when you go to the website.

Anyway, there is nothing Fetch can do about this, nor is it a problem with Fetch - it is a message coming back from the server. If you delete some old files you don't need from your account (if possible), I believe the problem will go away. If that's not possible, you should call back and tell site5 the information you are using to connect in Fetch, and ask them why the server is telling you quota exceeded if that's not the case.

Please let us know if you have any further questions about the above.

    Thanks,
