  when trying to log into a FTP site i get this error. what is my problem / solution? thanks

  Hi,

  This usually means that the server whose name you typed into the Hostname field does not exist.

  You should double-check to make sure you have the correct spelling of the server's name. Also, do not type "ftp://" or "http://" before the server's name when entering it into the hostname field.

  If you are still having problems after double-checking the information, please tell us exactly what you are typing into the hostname field.
