    Does anyone know what this error means and how to get around it?

    "Open Transport Error Number -3199"

    I'm trying to connect to an ftp site but this error keeps popping up. I've asked around and no one seems to know what to do about this.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents the next time you see that error (you'll have to dismiss the error window first)? The transcript may have clues to the problem.
