    Hi There,

    I keep getting the following error message "Error on password. Login incorrect." And, I've noticed that you had advised another person to do the following...

    I would suggest setting the Proxy Type pop-up menu to "None" in the Firewall section of Preferences (choose "Preferences" from the Customize menu in Fetch).

    I made sure that my Proxy Type pop-up menu was to "None", which was the current setting. It still didn't work...

    Please advise and thanks for your help:)

    That error means that one or more things that you entered in the New Connection window is incorrect. You should contact your web service provider to make sure that ecom1.onestop.net is the hostname of the FTP server hosting your account, that chericohen.com is the name of your account, and that you are entering the correct password.

    Thanks for your prompt response. I'll try to contact my web service provider with your suggestions. And, hopefully, my problem will be resolved. At least I now know it's NOT a Fetch conflict.
