Hi,
After the server drops the connection, have you tried using Fetch's resume upload command? (I realize this is not a perfect solution, but trying it will help us analyze the problem.)
You can find out more about it by reading the resuming uploads in Fetch Help (or click the link here).
If you have tried resuming the upload, does the upload continue and then drop the connection again after a while, or does resume upload fail right away?
Thanks,
Scott McGuire

Yes I've been using the "resume upload" feature. It uploads for a while, but then disconnects again. So uploading a file that is a few gigabytes large takes multiple resume sessions.

Fetch works fine for me except for large files. If I am uploading for more than 75-90 minutes, the upload stops with the error:
"Server dropped connection"
Also:
Server responded: "Accepted Connection"
I think this is the relevant portion of the transcript window:

I have the most current version of Fetch and Mac OS X . I'm not sure if I need to change Fetch settings or settings on my server.
