Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after the client gets that error (the client will need to dismiss the error window and cancel the New Connection dialog to be able to choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu)?

Error: The system dropped the connection. The server may be too busy.
And its not. I have a client using Fetch 4.0.3 on OSX 10.2.8. They are on a dsl connection through Verizon and have proxy set to none.
They do not have this issue with other sites they visit. My log shows this person connecting, but no further login. I have had other Fetch users login to my site using this person's id without any issue.
Any thoughts?
