    When I try to open Fetch's Preferences, by either clicking on: Fetch > Preferences, or typing 'command, i get the following errors:

    <img src="http://media.unworkinc.com/images//fetch1.jpg">

    <img src="http://media.unworkinc.com/images//fetch2.jpg">

    Does anyone know how to solve this?
    I'm a registered user, bought Fetch as part of MacUpdate Bundle.

    Thanks,
    Mariano

    Hi Mariano,

    We're sorry you're having trouble with Fetch.

    Could you please do the following to help us figure out what's going on?

    We'd like to see a copy of your system.log, which contains information about what caused that error.

    To find the system.log file, choose "Go to Folder..." from the Go menu in the Finder and enter "/var/log" (without the quotes).

    Then, please email the system.log file you'll find in that folder to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

    Thanks,
