exceeded my storage quota & 'transfer failed' (2 posts)

  I have deleted virtually all files on Fetch but still get message saying i have exceeded my storage quota & 'transfer failed'.
  Why is this happening? never had any problems before.

  Hi Pamela,

  It may be that the file you're trying to upload is still larger than can fit in the space you've been allocated on your server (your "quota"), even after you've deleted other files.

  Unfortunately, this isn't something that is under Fetch's control; so our best advice is that you should contact the folks who run the server you are trying to upload to, and talk to them about getting more space, or finding out what the problem is.
