Unfortunately GraphicConverter is currently the only image editor that supports the necessary Apple Events. I would recommend asking Adobe for this support in future versions of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, Jim. I'll pass on a request to Adobe, but I'm not going to hold my breath... For the most part, I'm editing image files kept on my local hard drive with PS Elements and uploading them w/Fetch when I'm sure they're right. OTOH, I'm sure I could find additional compelling uses for GraphicConverter.

Can Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements serve as external image editors in the current (v.4.0.3) or (hopefully) upcoming revision to Fetch? While GraphicConverter wil edit and save image files on a remote server, PS Elements 3.0 will edit the files but will not save them back to the server, as far as I can determine.
