I've tried launching Fetch and I get this error msg:

“Fetch.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Fetch.app” and download it again from the App Store.

I deleted and reinstalled 3 times but the message keeps reappearing. Please help!

    Any suggestions?

We're experiencing the same issue. Hadn't done any updates, but a reinstall doesn't seem to work.

Same but no error message. Just won't launch. Was working fine this afternoon. Reinstalled and restarted x 3 to no avail. Help!

    Hi,

Thanks to all of you for contacting me about this. It looks like there's a problem with the Mac App Store. Could you each submit a report by clicking the Get Started button at:

    https://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/

You will be asked for your order number. You can get that by finding your receipt from when you bought Fetch from the Mac App Store, or by going to your Account Info in iTunes, and then looking at your Purchase History.

I have reported the problem to Apple, and hopefully if there are more reports they will fix the problem promptly.

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews

I should have mentioned that while we wait for Apple to fix this problem, you should be able to use a trial copy of Fetch downloaded from

    http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

You don't need a serial number during the 15 day trial period. Please let me know about any problems you encounter.

    Thanks,
