I love the Fetch mirror feature - however, I would like an option to force ASCII/binary transfers on mirroring. Also, a way to edit an existing mirror file would be nice.

To explain a bit more - I want to create a mirror document that I can click on and have it do it's thing. Right now, it is in auto mode. If I set it to text and do an immediate mirror - it works fine. I know I can set the upload prefs to be Text (ASCII), but I like the auto when I do a manual FTP.

Best FTP OSX program still - and I have looked around !!!

Thanks for the suggestions. There is a crude way to edit mirror documents using BBEdit or BBEdit Lite. Drag the document onto BBEdit, and remove the line that says "NOPROMPT". Then (after saving and closing the file) double-click on the document and Fetch will let you make changes and save them in a new document.

    Thanks,
