That's very strange. Fetch doesn't use sound, except to beep when a transfer completes, so I'm surprised it would have that effect. Has anyone else seen this?

I have had problems with my soundsticks. Whenever I upload with any app in X or 9 on ANY mac with my soundsticks playing my audio dies and the only solution is restart. I better call Apple before my warrantee expires.

Yeah, that double-posting behavior gets me too.
It sounds like I need to do some testing with SoundSticks. Do either of you know if this problem occurs with other FTP programs?
Thanks,

On my iBook Dual USB and Power Macintosh G4 both running OS 9.1 and OS X with Sound Sticks directly plugged into the USB port on the computer. Whenever I am playing my mp3s with either QuickTime Player or iTunes the audio stops and the computer no longer recongizes it has sound. This only happens with Fetch 4 is open and transferring either uploading or downloading, happens in both OS X and OS 9.1
